Experience at CSIM
K.L.Srivastava has experience of working as Chief Coordinator / Director of CSIM Hyderabad for 14 years (June 2006 to May 2020). In this leadership role, he has organized training and capacity building programs mainly in the fields of Social Entrepreneurship and NGO Management. He is passionate about training and mentoring of budding social change-makers in realizing their dreams and aspirations. He is grateful to MSDS Trust for providing this work opportunity to him. Presently, he serves as a Volunteer for CSIM.
General Background
He received M.Tech. degree in Agricultural Engineering (Soil and Water Management) from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur in 1972.
After working as a Faculty Member in Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology, and a Research Scientist at International Crops Research Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics (ICRISAT), Hyderabad, he worked as a Consultant in Indo-Dutch APWELL Project in Andhra Pradesh and in a World Bank funded irrigation project in Orissa. For the past 20 years, he is working in the social sector in different capacities.
