Jayashree, a mathematics graduate with a post-graduate diploma in Computer Science has rich experience working in India's leading bank and thereafter in Banking verticals of HCL - for a little more than 23+ years. Information Technology, especially in financial services sector has been her forte - with exposure to various functional areas for many leading Banking Institutions in India and abroad. Leveraging the close association with Business and IT gives her a "multiperspectivity" and a 360 degree view across various layers of the organization.
Apart from the Banking IT, Jayashree was heading Enterprise Transformation Services (ETS), where she was part of several transformational initiatives encompassing business process management, enterprise architecture - aligning IT closer to the Business - in Manufacturing, Aero Space, HR Services etc..
After completing Master Class in Social Accounts and Audit, she has made a shift from corporate sector to social sector. Since last two years she has assessed the impact of NGOs and is now a certified social auditor.
