Bhuvaneshwari (Bhuvi) is a post graduate Chemical engineer with over 25 years experience in Sustainability, Organization development and Human Capital management. Her experience spans work disciplines of Projects & Engineering, Corporate Planning, Corporate EHS, CSR, People management, Learning & Development and Talent & Performance management.She has a qualification in Managing Organization Learning and Knowledge from Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, CIPD, UK and certification in Executive coaching from Results Coaching System, Australia and ACC credentialing from International Coach Federation (ICF). She specializes in leadership coaching, performance consulting and organization development through design and facilitation of self-managed teams in both green-field and brown-field environments and personal transformation of Leaders. She is qualified in Somatics, NVC in Business and a certified facilitator of Enneagram and works with individuals and groups in facilitating transformation in behaviors. She is the founder of Team Think Advisory which works in the area of Sustainability and Safety culture in companies. She is also the co-founder of the Centre for Social Initiative and Management, a learning center for emerging social entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs.
