Post Graduate Programme in Social Enterprise Management
PGSEM is a part-time diploma program for existing and potential social work professionals. It enables the participants to adopt an entrepreneurial approach to the social sector.
Duration:
One-year (two semesters).
Eligibility :
A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Participants who complete the course can start their own NGOs or seek a career as professionals in the social sector. They also gain practical knowledge on various areas of management and its relevance to the social sector
Program details:
This weekend programme includes eight hours of classroom sessions every week and 30 hours of field work per semester. Course curriculum includes Development topics such as Social diagnosis, Social research, Social entrepreneurship, Counseling, Legal aspects, Fund Development, Governance, etc. Management topics include Human resource management, Finance management, Public relations, and Communication, etc.
